Nanobac Life Sciences Announces Collaboration with the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research

TAMPA, Fla. (March 15, 2005) — Nanobac Life Sciences, Inc. (OTCBB:NNBP) today announced that it has signed a collaborative agreement with the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research to conduct research relating to the prevalence and treatment of Nanobacteria in specific disease populations. The two groups will evaluate the role of Nanobacteria through four studies utilizing diagnostic test kits developed by Nanobac Oy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nanobac Life Sciences. The studies will be conducted at Mayo.
