Here is why Nanobac Pharmaceuticals is important for investors:
- Calcification and inflammation afflict most of our
aging population. Nanobac Pharmaceuticals is the only company with patented
methods to show that a tiny nanoparticle known commonly as nanobacteria
produces a calcified coating which is the same material as found in
disease-related calcified deposits.
- These nanobacteria have been discovered in the calcified
deposits of heart disease, arthritis and kidney disease, as published
in leading journals. See the Publications
section of our website for information. This is the only credible
scientific evidence of a particle that provokes calcification.
- Some critics have claimed that these particles are
just inorganic crystals. However, the photographic evidence alone
shows these nanoparticles have a different structure than inorganic
crystals. On the left are inorganic calcium phosphate crystals with
their jagged and jumbled surfaces. On the right are nanobacteria.
There can be no mistaking the difference. Nanobacteria have been cultured
and photographed by independent researchers around the world including
at Mayo Clinic. (Click image to enlarge picture).

Calcification is a Disease Condition
- Most everyone gets calcification by the time they
are seventy, and the process often starts when we are teenagers. It
is a life-long disease process, yet its cause and cure have been mysteries
to science.
- Calcification is documented in thousands of studies
as causing blockages in arteries, inflammation in joints, and disruption
to cells.
- Until now, no medical research has shown convincingly
the cause of calcification. No process or organism has been found
that produces these rock-hard calcified deposits under normal blood
conditions.
Nanobac's Advantage in the Marketplace
- Any company that discovers a cause and effective
treatment for calcification could be guaranteed powerful entry to
markets because of the absence of effective treatment.
- Nanobac Pharmaceuticals has a compelling body of
related intellectual property, including proprietary diagnostics in
the marketplace now, that can recognize nanobacteria in blood and
human tissue.
- Recently, these diagnostics have shown that nanobacteria
bind disease-causing proteins in uniquely identifiable combinations,
opening a potentially new door to early diagnosis and differentiation
of diseases.
- Nanobac Pharmaceuticals has patented a range of
drug combinations, consisting of well known and safe ingredients,
shown convincingly to eradicate nanobacteria in vitro, as published
by the U.S.
Patent and Trade Office.
- Some drugs such as bisphosphonates have been marginally
successful against certain forms of calcification, but the evidence
is sketchy, and no permanent solution has been devised, so the marketplace
is open.
- Since 2004, published studies have shown that some
combinations patented by Nanobac are effective at treating atherosclerosis
and prostatitis where no other treatments succeeded.
- From these studies, the company learned valuable
information about patient compliance and drug effectiveness. No serious
safety problems have been encountered. This let the company move to
forward with another more effective drug combination.
The Nanobac Challenge
- In April 2006, Nanobac Pharmaceuticals embarked
on a new program designed to determine the safety and effectiveness
of a powerful new combination of well known drug ingredients. If successful,
this program could save millions of patients from painful problems
associated with Stage III prostatitis. And it may apply to many other
calcifying diseases as well.
- Our challenge is to safely and effectively treat
nanobacteria-related diseases. To do that we are also characterizing
more accurately the disease-causing properties of these nanoparticles.
The evidence suggests that we are on the right track.
- As shown in the Collaborations
segment of our website, we are co-operating with leading research
institutions to do this, and while our intellectual property gives
us a powerful competitive edge, we are also working with the best
in the business to develop practical applications.
